"Great experience. Aiden completely explained in simple terms the problem, and solutions. Totally professional. We decided to replace our air conditioner and heater as it was nearing 14 years old and repairs were happening too often. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN THREE HOURS. Installers were amazing. They stayed on task the whole time. For the entire 13+ years we have lived in this house, the master bedroom suite was usually 5-7 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. We had the original installer, Sunrise Mechanical out to look at the system no less than 4 times to address the problem with no success. One Hour evaluated the issue and recommended relocating the vent hoses. They moved the vent hoses during installation and voila, the Master suite is as cool as the rest of the house.
