"Since I had One Hour at my previous home wound up calling them for an AC tune up. First their phone rep, Anna, was fantastic in getting my appointment set up and answering all questions. The following day, Jorge came out and did a tremendous job. Was at my home for close to two hours and performed what I believed to be the most thorough check up EVER. Took numerous pictures of everything from ducts to wires and rusted coils. Pointed out areas of concern and offered solutions along with associated prices. He even traced and labeled every one of my AC units with what area in my home it serves which was very helpful. Jorge has a great personality, work ethic and is professional in his duties. Would highly recommend Jorge and One Hour for any heating and cooling needs. Great having One Hour back again at my new home!"

"It is great working with Timothy. He is very professional and patiently answers all my questions. He came out last Sunday, in 118 degree weather, to repair my A/C which had stopped working overnight. He quickly got it going again, but did not leave until he thoroughly tested everything and waited to be sure it would continue running. Timothy was here again today to install some parts which another One Hour A/C associate suggested at my last annual maintenance. Timothy installed a Start Assist, a Surge Protector and a Capacitor, which should help my almost 10 year old unit run even better. He also patiently assisted me in securing a zero interest loan to best fit my needs. He goes above and beyond providing good service! From the time I bought my furnace and A/C from One Hour, in September 2014, I have enjoyed excellent service from them. I highly recommend One Hour, and especially Timothy Judge, for both regular maintenance twice a year, and help in a hurry when you need it."

"I was without air conditioning for two days, I called One Hour Air conditioning and they were there at my home when they said they were going to be there I had to I have two dogs. I’m all alone and was getting very sick and did not know what to do to fix my air conditioning. Everybody was very nice and very helpful and we ended up having to put in a new air conditioning unit, they were very helpful with finding me financing so I could have the work done. They also did the work in a very timely manner that next day everything was done very pleased I would recommend air conditioning to anyone who needed help. Provided before and after photos and explained the issues associated with the breakdown of the A/C unit. Overall, I would highly recommend this company."
