I was really impressed with the communication regarding the people coming to install a new furnace. They were very professional and polite. It was a pleasure dealing with them all. We had an excellent experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. Jimmy W. was very professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He took the time to explain the entire process of repairing vs. replacing our system, answered all of our questions, and was completely honest about his findings and recommendations. His thoroughness and clear communication gave us total confidence in the decisions we made. Jimmy is truly amazing at what he does. The installation crew was equally impressive.
