Alvin K., Henry P., Elijah C., Sef M., Jodeci T., and Brandon A. were all very friendly, courteous, and respectful of our property. They took pride in their work, explained each step of the job, and made sure everything was done carefully and correctly. I have been with this company for many Years and we have always been happy with their service. I do recommend them to all my friends. Even when we had an emergency in the middle of A snowstorm in Las Vegas They came out and checked our unit and made sure we were OK. Which I really appreciated. “One Hour A/C and Heating has been servicing my HVAC system for 16+ years and I have received nothing but excellent service for the entire time that I have been with them. No issues and no complaints whatsoever. For the past Summer, it was becoming increasingly obvious that my ' ancient' HVAC system had to be replaced, "grunted and moaned" during startup and did not run smoothly. I finally decided it was time for a new a/c and furnace. James (One Hour's service technician) was a great help in explaining the purchasing process that was involved. Kudos to the installation team (Kevin, Bobby, Dominic, Jesus, Gustavo) who did an outstanding job! The complete installation took approximately 4 hours including a thorough cleanup. The furnace is running great and I can't wait until next Spring and Summer when we use the a/c. Thank you One Hour!”
