“Jordan was amazing. We had an issue with our thermostat for trying to replace it with an Alexa smart thermostat. Thought I installed it right, but turned out cold air wasn’t coming through. We called Jordan and he was doing his best to help trouble shoot it for us over the phone. He took the time and energy to actually come here to inspect the issue. He did not want us to go through the night with no a/c. Especially in Phoenix, cold a/c is a necessity. I would definitely recommend him to any one.”
