“Ross arrived on a very cold Saturday night to address a pipe issue. He came exactly when he said he would. While he didn't have the exact part needed to complete the repair, he assured us he would go to his warehouse and retrieve the needed supplies. He returned promptly and completed the repair. “Ross arrived at my house in less than an hour after I called. My humidifier was leaking water and he quickly found the problem. He left to get some parts and was back in a couple hours. He had it fixed quickly and replaced some other parts that were leaking as well. He was super knowledgable about my humidifier and furnace. He was also very neat and wore booties over his shoes.😊 Another great thing was that he called afterwards to make sure everything was working correctly. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again”
