“My heater broke down at just the right time (in freezing temperatures and right after a big snow storm). I wasn't sure who to call, so tried One Hour...they were great. They scheduled a visit within 2 hours of my call and Ross showed up promptly. He was very professional and neat. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I had another issue from a previous year, that he also took a look at and repaired for lower than what my previous appraisal was! A true professional, reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!”

While he didn't have the exact part needed to complete the repair, he assured us he would go to his warehouse and retrieve the needed supplies. He returned promptly and completed the repair.
