Giving Homeowners Extra Protection for Your Home’s Comfort

I recently had my entire HVAC system replaced by Bob and his team (Steve, Greg, and Ivan), and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Bob was honest and thorough in explaining all my options upfront, and there was never any pressure—just clear information so I could make a good decision. On installation day, the crew arrived on time, and they were professional, polite, and courteous the whole way through. This was not a simple job (a crane was used to move the old unit out and the new one in…over the house!), but they handled everything safely and efficiently. The project was completed on budget and actually finished earlier than I expected. What impressed me most was the care they took with our home. When they left, the only thing they left behind was the newly installed equipment—no trash, no mess, and no damage anywhere. The install looks amazing! I highly recommend Bob and his team to anyone needing HVAC work. Skilled, trustworthy, and reliable—exactly what you want in a contractor.

Our AC went out on Monday and I contacted 3 other companies and none of them could come out until next week. I called 1hour heating and air conditioning. They came out yesterday. Robert was great! He tested the unit and found the issues. We needed a replacement plus our furnace was really old. So Steven came out today and put in the new AC and heater. Steven did an awesome job and took away all old equipment. We're very happy with the job they did and so glad we didn't have to wait another week. We highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. From scheduling to completion of the service, the entire process was smooth and professional. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They quickly diagnosed the issue, completed the repair efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to customer service. It's refreshing to work with a company that values professionalism and quality workmanship. I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone looking for reliable HVAC service and will definitely use them again in the future.

Had a really good experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They responded quickly and were able to come out within an hour of my call, which I really appreciated. Robert and Steven were great to work with—both were easy to talk to, explained the issue clearly, and walked me through my options without any pressure. The whole process felt straightforward and comfortable. The quality of the work was solid, and even the permit inspectors mentioned they were impressed with how everything was done. If you’re looking for a reliable company with good people who know what they’re doing, I’d definitely recommend them.
