Priority scheduling on all appointments
Two annual maintenance visits
- Clean outdoor condenser unit
- Check all air filters
- Check refrigerant level
- Check airflow
- Check operation of thermostat and change batteries if needed
- Check all components of air handler and condenser and make sure all working within spec
- Check condensate drain line for blockage
- Up to two UV bulbs replacement (if due within 90 days, customer must purchase bulbs)

He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the maintenance process. He also took the time to recommend the UV system which will help keep our system working effectively and more efficiently. Our first contact with One Hour was with John 6 months ago who came out for a service call and ended up signing us up for the maintenance program. John also was very courteous & professional. “Had Zachary show up. He explained everything, took time to answer all my questions, and recommend some treatments. They installed a 5 ton unit approximately 3 years ago and he realized that they should have added another air intake due to the size. They're going to add another intake for free because they should have done it in the first place. Would recommend.”
