“Tristen installed a Quantum Dual remote air sanitizer in my hvac unit. It has some UV lights in it to clean the coils and the air. He did a good job and explained what the unit does. This is 2nd time Tristen has worked on my hvac. He is professional and courteous. I will request him again to do more work.”

“Jimmy, Bob, Derrick, and Manager(Tyler?) were beyond helpful and responsive to servicing my 6 year old unit and running new lines! 5 stars is not an accurate rating… as 6+ stars would be more accurate! Fast, efficient, and worked with us to make the fix happen! Could not be more pleased with the service and work quality! Highly recommend One Hour to everyone!”

“I was a little frustrated that I booked a 12-5 slot and the confirmation email said 2-6, ok no big deal I guess, but then it came to about 5:30 and I hadn’t heard a peep, so I called and within an hour Jimmy calls and says he’s on the way, he made the entire negative a total positive, very professional and personable, explained everything so I could understand it, and made everything work!! Awesome job by an awesome guy, a real pro for sure”
