On Thursday, 7 Nay 26, Tech Chris Coste performed the semi-annual maintenance on our heating/AC unit. He did an outstanding job and gave us a very comprehensive explanation of the service he performed. His work and detailed review of everything he did, along with recommendations was superior to any previous services. Later that evening the AC unit stopped working, I called the office to report the problem and was told that nothing could be done until the next day. At approximately 9:30 Friday morning Chris was back to check out the system. He once again did a thorough check of the system and determined what the problem was. He explained in detail what he did and how he determined what was not functioning properly. He had to make a trip to get the part that was needed, He returned with the part and spend about an hour changing out parts. He replaced the blower in the unit and did a thorough check again to make sure everything was working properly. Again, he took the time to explain all that he did and that the system was working properly and efficiently. He told us that he would make a brief stop tomorrow to check on the system. All of the technicians who have serviced our system have been very, very good. However, Chris Coste went well above and beyond in his workmanship and in explaining all that he did and accomplished in his two visits. He is very professional and personable, He treated both my wife and me with the utmost respect and courtesy. He should be recognized and rewarded for his outstanding service to his customers. Well done, Chris, well done.

Jimmy Thomas was very knowledgeable in his craft, clear in his explanations, and gave honest opinions. I opted to have an entire HVAC replacement done based on the condition. He gave me several options, was not pushy in the slightest, and worked several angles to get me a discounted installation. Highly recommend!

Tristen installed a Quantum Dual remote air sanitizer in my hvac unit. It has some UV lights in it to clean the coils and the air. He did a good job and explained what the unit does. This is 2nd time Tristen has worked on my hvac. He is professional and courteous. I will request him again to do more work.

Deshon notified us prior to arriving on time to do an inspection on our HVAC unit and duct work. He explained his findings as well as provided a copy of the report. He was courteous, thorough and gave helpful tips on what to watch for so we don’t get caught off guard with costly repairs. We are comfortable with Deshon and feel he was straight forward and honest.
