Jimmy came yesterday, gave us a detailed estimate to replace our AC and heat pump. He explained everything very well. Gave an excellent price on product cost and installation, he even gave my boyfriend a Veterans Discount. Set us up on a very affordable payment plan. Our installation scheduled today, very quickly to my surprise. Our installers, Bob and Derrick Stanley did an amazing job. Even installed an extra air return and brought filters. Very clean with their work. Explained everything to our understanding and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend

Jimmy Thomas was very knowledgeable in his craft, clear in his explanations, and gave honest opinions. I opted to have an entire HVAC replacement done based on the condition. He gave me several options, was not pushy in the slightest, and worked several angles to get me a discounted installation. Highly recommend!

Cameron Jack was the technician that serviced our unit. He was kind, very informative and was happy to share with me preventative maintenance that I could do to prevent this issue from reoccurring. As we just purchased this house, One Hour had service records on the unit as well as the last inspection dates. Cameron was able to get us a package that serviced our unit twice a year and gives us discounts on trip charges, parts, etc and makes us a priority customer with same day service when possible. Very pleased with this company and am looking forward to a long relationship with them. If there’s one thing you don’t need to happen in Florida- it’s to be without A/C in August!

Deshon notified us prior to arriving on time to do an inspection on our HVAC unit and duct work. He explained his findings as well as provided a copy of the report. He was courteous, thorough and gave helpful tips on what to watch for so we don’t get caught off guard with costly repairs. We are comfortable with Deshon and feel he was straight forward and honest.
