My Technician was Glenn Scott today. Glenn was courageous and professional as he explained the needed repairs and confirmed my expectations. The services were completed quickly without any complications. I’m impressed with the quality of HVAC service provided by Glenn at One Hour A/C.
Robert did a fantastic job replacing our furnace and AC system from start to finish. He walked us through the options honestly, including the tradeoffs between different equipment tiers, and never pushed us toward the most expensive choice. The installation itself was clean and the crew clearly took pride in the ductwork layout, not just the equipment swap. Robert also followed up to make sure everything was registered properly for warranty coverage. Would absolutely use One Hour again for any future HVAC work.
Air conditioner went out on a Saturday during the hottest day of the year. One Hour Air Conditioning made time for me and Tim responded by that evening. He was professional in appearance and courteous. He diagnosed the issue, drove back to the shop for needed part, returned late that evening and completed the needed repairs without further delay. Great weekend service when no one else would come out.
My home was not cooling so I called One Hour. They sent Josh and he was great. He was very informative and explained everything. He addressed the problem and within minutes, my home was cooler. I’m very appreciative of their work. Thank you!
Service tech Jason Blackmon was excellent. Very respectful , helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Response was vey quick. Dispatcher was in constant communication with me and kept me updated continuously. I think that $410 to replace a capacitor was a little steep but it’s probably in line with most emergency calls on a weekend. I joined the membership with a $19 a month service contract. In the end I felt completely satisfied with the overall treatment and service.
First off let me say how knowledgeable and efficient both technicians were that came to repair my 86 year old mothers AC were. Arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the issue. Would use their services again in the future.
Jeremy was a friendly tech who arrived within the time frame, no more than 30 minutes after the start time. His service was 5-star, but I'm averaging that with a 0-star for resolution satisfaction. My mini-split system was cooling in one zone and not cooling in the other, with no error per the system. Jeremy cleaned the filters, checked the outdoor unit, then finally did a power cycle reset. After the power cycle both units were cooling. Alas! It did not last. The issue came back that evening. UPDATE: One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning takes its work guarantee seriously. I got a call on 7/23 asking to discuss my review and offering to send a tech back out at no charge. They sent Jeremy again, which was great because he knew what was going on and he's an all-around awesome dude. While he was on hold with Fujitsu, he figured out that my system had been cross-piped. He flipped the wiring to match the piping and voila! problem solved! My mini-splits have been cooling properly ever since. This is what 5-star service looks like! Thank you 😁
Jacobi was amazing! He explained everything perfectly and was able to fix my AC on the spot. I would recommend him and this company to anyone looking to get a knowledgeable technician that will give you a more than fair price. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could!
Coder Baker is definitely a keeper. Very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. It is awesome to deal with an honest individual in an industry where many consumers feel there is deception. I will recommend One Hour to family and friends.
Brian and Rico were very professional. They showed up and went right to work. Answered all my questions and took time to explain things to me. Also called and recieved service same day. I also signed up for the twice a year maintenance. Thank you for your great service.
