“Unfortunately, our heat stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. We found One Hour Heating & Air on Yelp and gave them a try. They were one of a few who responded to our project request, and we're glad they did. Eric came out on Saturday to check it out, and gave us our options. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit but he was great and very patient in walking us through what was going on. He thoroughly inspected the units inside and outside and took pictures to show us the problems. No one else has done that. He also talked to us about some things to be aware of in the future. We ended up having to get a new system but the process was easy. Eric and AV came back on Monday and installed the new units and checked everything to make sure we wouldn't have any problems. They were so kind and very responsive, and very honest. Don, the owner, also came by to check in and say hello, which was cool (he certainly didn't have to do that) and we enjoyed talking with him. They also put in a new thermostat and showed us how to program it. They swept up afterwards and everything works great. We're very thankful for their prompt attention because it's been pretty cold these past few days and not everyone would have worked so hard and so fast to get this taken care of. They'll also be servicing our system moving forward. Thank you Eric, AV, and Don!”

“Really impressed with One Hour! AV (my tech) showed up on time, was super professional and very respectful. He was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Got my system running, worked quickly while not cutting corners, and even gave me a few maintenance tips. Friendly, honest, and just an all-around great experience.
