“Unfortunately, our heat stopped working the day after Thanksgiving. We found One Hour Heating & Air on Yelp and gave them a try. They were one of a few who responded to our project request, and we're glad they did. Eric came out on Saturday to check it out, and gave us our options. Unfortunately, we needed a new unit but he was great and very patient in walking us through what was going on. He thoroughly inspected the units inside and outside and took pictures to show us the problems. No one else has done that. He also talked to us about some things to be aware of in the future. We ended up having to get a new system but the process was easy. Eric and AV came back on Monday and installed the new units and checked everything to make sure we wouldn't have any problems. They were so kind and very responsive, and very honest. Don, the owner, also came by to check in and say hello, which was cool (he certainly didn't have to do that) and we enjoyed talking with him. They also put in a new thermostat and showed us how to program it. They swept up afterwards and everything works great. We're very thankful for their prompt attention because it's been pretty cold these past few days and not everyone would have worked so hard and so fast to get this taken care of. They'll also be servicing our system moving forward. Thank you Eric, AV, and Don!”

“Grateful for One Hour! Eric was my tech and he was awesome - super knowledgeable, kind and professional. He showed up on time and quickly figured out the problem with my unit. Had my AC working again before I knew it! I know the owners personally and they’re such honest, trustworthy folks who pointed me in the right direction. I’ll definitely call One Hour again in the future. Would highly recommend for anyone in a pinch or in need of routine service.”

“One Hour Heating & Air has really earned my trust. From the way they answer the phone to the way they follow up after the job, everything feels organized and professional. I like how easy it was to schedule, and they gave me a clear window so I wasn’t waiting around all day. The service at my home went smoothly and I didn’t feel overwhelmed or confused. AV came out and handled everything with care. He explained things in a way that made sense and made sure I was comfortable before he left.
