Membership Plan

$240 annually or $20.00/month

Reduced Trip Charge from $89 to $49
10% off repairs
10% off any indoor IAQ products
5% off HVAC equipment & ductwork
Priority scheduling on all appointments
Two annual maintenance visits
- Clean outdoor condenser unit
- Check all air filters
- Check refrigerant level
- Check airflow
- Check operation of thermostat and change batteries if needed
- Check all components of air handler and condenser and make sure all working within spec
- Check condensate drain line for blockage
- Up to two UV bulbs replacement (if due within 90 days, customer must purchase bulbs)

“My a/c went out last night at 1200am. I called several companies and the only company that could do the same day service was One Hour Air. Joel and Xavier arrived and greeted me with a hand shake. I proceeded to explain to them the issue I was having. They both went right to work and explained all the work they were doing. They were very professional and upfront with the price. Xavier was doing on the job training, but when i asked him some questions he did a great job answering them. I was very impressed with him being he just graduated from tech school. Thank you Joel & Xavier for your professionalism. I apologize to the wonderful lady that took my call. Ma'am I didn't catch your name, but you need recognition for the Professional attention you gave me in my need of service. Thank you again!”

They were straight to the point in handling our issues, were efficient in their maintenance, providing very good details of their diagnostics and handled their maintenance with care, and loved their attention to detail. “My second time using them in a emergency. About 2-3 years ago I used them, and I was still getting the emails so I called back after midnight. I was first up on the list the following day. Joseph was kind and knowledgeable. He identified the problem right away. Im pretty comfortable cleaning the drain pipe and other things with YouTube but I don't know enough about electricity to go that far. $99 dollars to come out + whatever needs repairing.”
