Mark came out for our biannual inspection and did a fantastic job. We have had other technicians come out before and they all did a great job but Mark set the bar very high. He arrived early, very clean with his work, and explained everything in way that was easy to understand. Also taught me a few things to take better care of my system myself. Victor Rodriguez came out and did an excellent job! The services are reasonable, the technicians are on time, and I would recommend them. Update: I would NEVER recommend the service package they offer. It sounds reasonable, but they don’t actually follow through. My AC went out and they told me that it would take 3 days to have a tech come out-and that’s with me being a member and having priority. It’s Florida in the summer…3 days is a long time. Add perimenopausal hot flashes and it’s an eternity. I called another provider at 11 pm (Frank Gay Service) and they had someone out the next day. If I’m paying to have access to 24/7 emergency service, I expect to get that.
Joel and Mark were awesome! They installed our UV in under an hour and 30 minutes, super kind and down to earth. Previously, we had been quoted multiple times, seems the issue will actually be fixed this time! Thankful for them and their services.
