They are very professional, knowledgeable, they arrived on time, they explained what problems were and what might be done to resolve them. They are also very polite, patient. It is very important for me that I didn’t feel rushed or pushed. I felt that they are genuinely care about their customers and the work they do, and the company they represent. We have called on One hour air conditioning three times for emergencies within the last few months which always seem to happen late at night or on weekends..both times our air was back up and running that same day or next day. Great experience! Javier showed up on time, was honest and respectful, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. He explained and showed me exactly what the issues were, gave me quotes, and I really appreciated that he gave me his honest opinion instead of trying to push unnecessary repairs.
