He and Jordan returned a week later for our duct cleaning/sanitization and, again, they were both prompt, courteous and took the extra time to minimize any mess. Reasonable pricing, as well. Scheduling was simple, and the technician arrived right on time, which I really appreciate. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain the entire process before starting. The work was completed thoroughly and efficiently. After the AC duct cleaning, I noticed a significant improvement in airflow and indoor air quality. The dryer vent cleaning was just as impressive—my dryer now runs more efficiently, and I feel better knowing it’s safer. Overall, the experience was excellent. “I just had a consultation so far but I have to say Jason (JW) is the sweetest man and very informative on the issues we are facing. I knew we had a mold problem in our vents but to go through and explain in detail what the biggest problem was and to help me understand as a new home owner, I couldn’t be more thankful. He also replaced one of my filters while he was here and threw it out for us even though we totally should have done it ourselves and more than capable I just thought that was very kind. He definitely went above and beyond for the consultation and can’t wait to schedule future services to get the mold out of my house. (Consultation was free of charge)”
