Great experience! James is incredibly friendly. He thoroughly explained each troubleshooting step while fixing our HVAC. He and Jordan returned a week later for our duct cleaning/sanitization and, again, they were both prompt, courteous and took the extra time to minimize any mess. Reasonable pricing, as well. Definitely recommend these guys!

We recently had duct cleaning done at our home in Austin (78726) by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of North west Austin, and I’m extremely impressed. During the service, their technician James used telemetry monitoring and system diagnostics to identify nearly 2 tons of missing airflow in our HVAC system. We had no idea our air conditioner wasn’t operating at full capacity. They explained that restricted ducts and airflow imbalance were reducing efficiency and stressing the system. After cleaning and correcting the airflow issues, the difference was immediate — better cooling, improved comfort upstairs, and noticeably stronger airflow throughout the house. If you’re looking for duct cleaning, airflow diagnostics, or advanced HVAC telemetry services in Leander or North west Austin, I highly recommend this team. Professional, on time, and very thorough.
