But what I really appreciate is that she said she would return to change the filters. I used to change the filters, but it’s become too burdensome. Alexis did today exactly what she told me she would do. She also ordered the filters I will need replaced this spring. Brilliant! No one has ordered these ahead before. She is polite, respectful and made sure she was quiet since my grandson was napping. She’s like a ninja…quiet and stealthy while accomplishing tasks with great precision .”
