"Our furnace went out when it was -12° on a Sunday. We called the company that put in our furnace two years ago and they told us they wouldn’t be able to get out to us for at least 24 hours. McCarthy came within a few hours. The technician was polite, knowledgeable and informative. Even shared what to do if we had further issues. "Update! We had to replace our furnace and went ahead and upgraded to central air also and again completely fabulous customer service experience from all involved!! "Wow! I had an amazing experience getting service for our heater from beginning to end. I booked an appointment online and there were plenty of time options for the next day which worked with our schedule. Before the technician arrived, I received a phone call to make sure it was ok for them to come. When the technician was on the way, I received a personal back story on Cornell who would be our technician. It helped so he didn’t feel like a complete stranger. Once arrived, Cornell was very professional, he even offered to show us where the problem was. I will definitely be using McCarthys One Hour company in the future. "Abel did a great job doing a service on our furnace. Did a run down on everything he did and some things he suggested we possibly have done in the future with the age of our furnace. Was quick and professional. House temperature is already feeling a lot better."
