He made time to keep us informed of his progress, as he made his way through a detailed maintenance inspection of our 3 units, and when we had questions, he offered clear explanations. We had our semi-annual HVAC inspection and maintenance work this last week. Amber Ballance was the tech and did a great job! She was highly professional, very detailed and thorough. She covered any potential issues we could have including making sure to put a reminder for the fall inspection to have the UV bulbs with her for replacement as their time would be up, saving us an extra call. Great job and a very professional.

Matthew completed an inspection and performed maintenance on a recently purchased property’s units. He is very knowledgeable, didn’t hesitate to answer questions, and provided valuable feedback. I would love to have him back for any future repairs or tune up work!

I contacted One Hour yesterday and understanding they could not get anyone to service our system until the next day. The day day came and Gary notified me he was on the way, Gary arrived when he said he would and went right to work. By the time Gary finished, Gary had my home heating again but stated he could not complete the job because of a part which needed to be replaced. Gary stated he would order the part and come back to complete the job. Gary did not try to take advantage of our situation and only charged me the service fee which he deserved and so much more. I am Thankful I contacted One Hour and they sent Gary to service my issue. I will be using One Hour Services for any future projects.

Matt Kemmerling conducted the seasonal (semi-annual) checkout of my two HVAC systems earlier today. The visit was preceded with a heads-up text from the office followed by a call from Matt when he was several minutes out. On-time arrival. Matt introduced himself and described the workflow that he would follow. I checked in with him several times during the process and, typical me, asked lots of questions (how's it going? what's that? see anything that I should be concerned about?). He willingly addressed all of them with a pleasant disposition and his responses and recommendations were clear and technically well-founded. His attention to detail and thoroughness of inspection was impressive and commendable. The checkout concluded with Matt suggesting some follow-up steps to prevent future issues in one of the systems. The discussion was informative and productive and concluded with a work order. This was the third or fourth time that I've had HVAC service performed by One Hour. The company is staffed with proficient, personable, and highly-capable employees. Well done!
