"My mother’s AC was on its last leg. We called four different companies for quotes. The price was a little cheaper than the rest but not that much cheaper. The system that was quoted was very high efficiency. We accepted the quote on Monday evening. Tuesday, we received a call and they scheduled us for Thursday of the same week at 8 to 9 AM. They arrived at 8:45AM and went to work. They were very careful to ensure that everything was done clean. They laid tarps down. They even dusted some of the decorative items that dust got on when they were putting the thermostat on the wall. It was over the top professionalism. The system was installed and works perfectly. They called the follow week to schedule with us for the inspector to come and check the system. They showed up the next day on time and completed the inspection with no problems. This is by far above and above what we expected. Very professional and polite. Attention to detail was unreal. Highly recommend."

"10/10 service would recommend! Both technicians, Matt and Wes showed up on time and ready to work on the routine yearly service. When they had arrived, it was raining outside and they wore yellow booties on their shoes to protect the hardwood floors, which was very courteous. After arriving, they were extremely kind and polite. Matt and Wes were great with my small dog, gave her pets, and even joked around with me about her! They worked quietly and efficiently. Towards the end of the visit, they said they accidentally knocked a bit of insulation out and since they saw my vacuum already laying out on the floor, they offered to vacuum it up and even took the time to wrap the cord back up when they were done. Definitely not a requirement, but very appreciated they took the time to go above and beyond. One of the gentleman went ahead and opened up grate to let me know the size of the filter that is needed and said that we would need a small flathead with a quarter turn to get it open. They were informative and very nice!! On their way out the door they said they would be in the driveway for a few minutes to finish up some paperwork and even offered to move or let me out if I needed to get out. I know most technicians don’t get recognized for their hard work, or get compliments and to hear the positives they made on the customers. Matt and Wes did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them for future work!"

Thank you for excellent service, Byron! UPDATE We wanted to add an additional thank you to Jimmy and Tim! They recently replaced our unit and they were tireless in their job, very friendly and worked well together. An unexpected hiccup occurred which they apologized for profusely and they worked hard to make things right and they did just that! Everyone we worked with was just amazing including everyone I dealt with on the phone. We had another visit to check out our house next door when that air unexpectedly seemed to be out at the same time and he did a great job as well. Discovered the problem quickly and gratefully it was only a part issue. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Definitely 5 star service from EVERYONE! Thank you for getting us set up for a cool summer!"

"Dimetri was great. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and then checked all of the pressures to make sure the system was working as it should. He spent 3 hours here and did not leave until 9pm, He went over all of my options for fixing the problem and the costs involved. I would definitely recommend One Hour Air for any HVAC problems."
