"10/10 service would recommend! Both technicians, Matt and Wes showed up on time and ready to work on the routine yearly service. When they had arrived, it was raining outside and they wore yellow booties on their shoes to protect the hardwood floors, which was very courteous. After arriving, they were extremely kind and polite. Matt and Wes were great with my small dog, gave her pets, and even joked around with me about her! They worked quietly and efficiently. Towards the end of the visit, they said they accidentally knocked a bit of insulation out and since they saw my vacuum already laying out on the floor, they offered to vacuum it up and even took the time to wrap the cord back up when they were done. Definitely not a requirement, but very appreciated they took the time to go above and beyond. One of the gentleman went ahead and opened up grate to let me know the size of the filter that is needed and said that we would need a small flathead with a quarter turn to get it open. They were informative and very nice!! On their way out the door they said they would be in the driveway for a few minutes to finish up some paperwork and even offered to move or let me out if I needed to get out. I know most technicians don’t get recognized for their hard work, or get compliments and to hear the positives they made on the customers. Matt and Wes did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend them for future work!"
