“My A/C blew out Friday night. I tried calling a couple places and One Hour were the earliest appointment I could get from anyone. She showed up at noon on Saturday. The tech was amazing! She thought it was a blown capacitor, went to take a look and that was it. Super fast repair. She offered the membership like all the companies do and given how good this experience was, I opted in. I thought pricing was fair all things considered. Would recommend!”

He arrived before the expected arrival time and arrived in company uniform with name tag that matched his picture that he sent via text link prior to his arrival. Upon arrival to our home, he put on shoe covers, introduced himself, pointed to his badge and explained why he was here. He thoroughly explained what he did and why and the different cost options; he even found a military discount because my husband is a veteran. “I love Duggans!! I had them install 3 mini splits from them. They promised me my bill would drop to half or less, from standard units that take up half of your house with duck work running everywhere as well as the giant unit outside. They were right! From $500 a month to $150 to $180 depending on the cold or heat here in SC!! What a savings!! My home is 1000 sq ft. We are comfortable all year long. If there's a problem, they come out right away with techs that really know their stuff & get it done right! Very respectful to you & your property. Prices are reasonable as well. Some thing that is rare in companies now a days. I have them on speed dial. Mr Sparky the other side of Duggans is the best as well! They completely rewired my entire home & put in a new main box bringing everything up to code. These two companies are what businesses are supposed to be like. 10 stars to each! Like I said, I have them on speed dial! But rarely have to call as there products & workmanship rarely need repairs. Ya they're that good! Call them for any HAVAC or electrical work you need done. You won't be disappointed!!”
