(the only negative thing I would like to say to the company is that I am and have been on a contract to have you come check my units every six months. This past time, it took eight months and it was only because I called to ask what was going on. I suspect this has happened on some of the other previous visits where more than six months time elapsed. I’ve never said anything about it. “One Hour installed our units, did a great job and accommodated our schedule. Dimitri came out to evaluate our new system to help improve humidity reduction, and was very helpful! He took the time to understand what we were experiencing, spent timing checking current settings and the recommended manufacturer setting and then made the necessary system adjustments on all our units. Overall a great process, the quote was competitive, pleased with install (left everything very clean) and the follow up service by Dimitri to adjust settings to our house was outstanding. If you’re looking to replace your HVAC in OBX or need a repair ask for Dimitri, he is very knowledgable and very adapt at troubleshooting. HIGHLY recommend One Hour.”
