I have used One Hour for 15 years. They never disappoint. I needed a quick fix on a Saturday morning before new renters arrived. The technician they sent was Robert Sweet. He could not have been more knowledgeable and professional. He had the A/C repaired in no time. I appreciate all he did to help keep my rental going today. The guests arrived when he was there and said he was wonderful.

Chris was excellent! Arrived fast and he got straight to the diagnosis and had answers/with solutions right away! The diagnosis wasn’t great news or great prices at all..because nothing can be fixed today…so still in this hot terrible heat… but Chris was able to give us a couple of helpful options and we hope that tomorrow goes well with this comfort crew and hopefully it’s financing available because this truly sucks!! But the technician Chris was great!

Austin did great. He’s fair, smart, enthusiastic and a good asset for your brand. He didn’t try and “make issues” like we experienced with your competitors on the beach. You guys replaced my system years ago and maintained it since. Well worth the investment. Finally let’s not forget about your admin staff that are great at their customer service and support. Great guy, very knowledgeable and friendly. Took time to explain everything and help me get get the complete care set-up. Had tried to set it online several times but it never got started.
