I am very much pleased by the customer service offered by One hour team that helped greatly in scheduling for the diagnostics for my AC unit and also to help with fixing the issue. We asked for an appointment to fix our A/C which had suddenly stopped working and had one the next day. Jacqueline was on time, explained what she was doing and found and fixed the problem. She needed one more part and had her colleague deliver very quickly. Our system is now working again.
