I am very much pleased by the customer service offered by One hour team that helped greatly in scheduling for the diagnostics for my AC unit and also to help with fixing the issue. Tony Ball was the technician who was assigned to our job and I'm very happy with his service. He always showed up exactly on time and patiently answered all my questions and provided recommendations how to maintain my system to avoid issues in the future. Great company and wonderful people. He was early but waited and Tony did a job well done. He walked through every step he was doing and told me what could be the cause of my issue. Tony even waited while I contacted my HOA so he could get access to the roof since I live in a condo. Overall he was great and very professional. I totally recommend this company.
