You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. On my ductwork that I did the whole house there was a lot of places the tape was not missing and also the air conditioning unit heater was completely off, but no duct tape. Adam Jacqueline was so nice that they taped everywhere. I need to tape that Hometown didn’t do that was supposed to do they did it for free. I definitely will use them from now on until I sell this house. I’m very disappointed with Hometown heating and air plus the person that came over was not a nice person at all Jeffrey did the estimate . I will not use them again ever.”
