One of their Service Managers arrived, who had years of experience, Found a couple of problems which explained would’ve been $1600 as a Band-Aid fix to a 27 year old well used air conditioning and heating system. Tim Recommended a new system for our home, one with a 10 year warranty, and a five year parts and Labor Guarantee. Compared to what our other neighbors have paid for heating air-conditioning units, I felt the price to be very fair and they mentioned that they would match the best price I could find in the area with a written estimate! They provided us with a portable air conditioner that was set up in our home that started to cool it down immediately. The next morning installers arrived, Chris and Dan with the new unit, Very Professional and Polite, they explained the process for the day, And started to switch out our old unit for the new. They worked very hard in the attic, which was very hot all day, they kept their cool and kept their politeness and at the end of the day, we had some wonderful cool air blowing in our vents. And then we felt hot air coming through the same events, they were checking the heating system. After installing a new Wi-Fi available thermostat and cleaning up the area like they were never here. Juan is the best! He is punctual and knowledgeable and honest. He advised me on what I needed to do to get my AC unit back up and running well, but I never felt pressured to do more than what I was comfortable with. He also told me what I needed to so to keep my AC healthy going forward. He worked quickly and was a true professional. I highly recommend Juan!
They were very responsive at a very busy time. I called them & Joe was at my house the next day to repair my A/C . He found the issue that another A/C company did not. I had them clean my air ducts as well & they were amazing at how long they spent cleaning my ducts, fan, coils etc.. They found several issues with my ducts as well & repaired them at no additional cost. Mike spent 7 long hours in the attic & at my house. I would highly recommended One Hour Air in Prescott.
Juan Maldonado came out to help. The guy was amazing! Super nice. Super knowledgeable. He showed and explained everything to me. No industry speak no vague answers. Full explanations. It’s been a while since I’ve felt as respected and valued as a customer. The guy was great and fixed my AC system in about an hour. He explained things I could do to make my system more reliable and better protected and provided rough estimates of future work I may get done. I will definitely use One Hour in the future!
Highly recommend one hour air! We were about to leave for a trip, and our AC went out at about 5 PM the day before. I thought there was no way we’d be able to get someone out to look at it after 5 PM on a weekday, but I found one hour air, and Tim Stowd showed up in about 45 minutes after calling. I was so relieved someone was able to come look at our unit before we were leaving to go out of town. Tim was very professional, and he immediately recognized that the capacitor on our unit had gone out. He had the correct part on hand and our AC was back up and running within just a couple hours of realizing it was out. I felt the price for the capacitor was very fair, and Tim was really helpful in recommending best practices to prolong the life of our new capacitor and our AC unit in general. Would definitely use one hour air again!
