“My 30+ yr old A/C quit cooling during the beginning of a very warm muggy and humid forecast. I called Northern One Hour on a Thursday morning, a very nice service tech arrived mid-afternoon, and after a simple straightforward synopsis of the problem, we discussed replacing the entire system of which I went ahead and ordered. Staff started arriving early next morning and by noon I had a new A/C system. I was very happy with the end result and the techs involved with the entire task! I received text and email notifications of technician status (enroute to location, etc). I highly recommend Northern One Hour! 7-3-2026”

“We requested an appointment late on Tuesday evening. We had checked a couple of places, but their online scheduling didn’t work, so we went with Northern. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment, Nick got there right at the beginning of our window (which was super helpful as we both had a busy day planned) and had our repair done in just a couple of hours. He was super nice and informative which we appreciated as first time homebuyers. We signed up for their maintenance plan, which paid for itself in the amount we saved on the repair costs. The cost also seemed in line with what we were able to see online from competitors, so that was nice! We will definitely recommend them to anybody needing a speedy repair!”

“Very respectful and very nice. He was able to come up with suggestions and was very helpful. Very knowledgeable also took his time with the customer to answer all of there questions. I had warranty work done but when I bought the furnace and A/C from the company. The tech that first came out to my home was also very nice and helpful. took time and answered all of my questions. Overall a great company to work with.”

“Great customer service, I called and Dalton was there the next day, very quick to diagnose the problem after a very thorough review of all parts, very knowledgeable with all my questions, replacement was done the following day, while the temps were in the high 90’s. I wasn’t even home when they installed the central air however they kept me updated every step of the way. Multiple technicians came out throughout the installation, Ross, Steven, Tucker and Austin did a great job, along with Angie for keeping me updated. Thank you for the great service, I will definitely be calling again for future projects.”
