Shout out to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning in San Ramon. I called them for a rental property in Danville, and they promptly came out and addressed the situation with my heater. They gave me a few different options with no high-pressure sales tactics. After choosing the best option for my budget, they had it up and running the same day. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for any heating or air conditioning problems.
Very pleased with this company and our technician, Joshua. Scheduling was efficient and fast, they came out the same afternoon that I called. After I had another company come out that morning and tell us they could not fix my furnace dehumidifier, Joshua had it fixed in a short time after his arrival. Pricing was very fair. This is my new HVAC provider!

Andrew was excellent in his detailed review in quoting out a new heating/AC system for our home. He asked what I was looking for and we went room by room reviewing what was in each room. He confirmed that the current layout was very good and the system we had was the correct in its ratings. He prepared our quote as I had asked, no pressure with any additional ons or upsells as I was clear in what we were looking to do. He went over the quote with me line by line asking if I had any questions. Andrew was very polite and professional throughout the whole process. Can’t say enough good things about the dealings I have had with these two gentlemen along with the young lady I talked to on the phone. If you’re on the fence- call these guys.
We had a very pleasant Sales and Service experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Our new, complete HVAC system was installed on Nov. 21, 2026. There were two to five people at our home throughout the day. They each introduced themselves and asked many times if I had any questions or concerns, and everyone was careful and respectful all day long. And after a long and (I think) difficult day, Kirby patiently demonstrated the new system and answered all of my questions. He even had the first maintenance visit already scheduled for us in March. It felt very "concierge" level and I really appreciated that. Thank you Scott, Kirby, Colby and Evan for taking such good care of us!
Brian was great. He’s my personal HVAC person. This was my 2nd time using him, he's always on time and professional. He’s detailed in explaining things and honest.
I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin one hour heating & air. All of the employees I've had contact with from phone to service techs,are highly experienced in customer service. Today was a tech named Adam. Super nice and helpful. 100% customer service!
Kyle and Jeff were super professional showed me all my options a was very upfront and honest about what I do and don’t need. They were open and communicative of the entire process. And it was a fair price, more than what I expected but the price you pay reflects the customer service. Great work and can’t wait for my installation
