“Erick came out on Friday to give us an estimate on new HVAC system and hot water heater. He explained all the systems and helped us decide what would fit our needs the best. Pablo and Tucker did our install on Monday. They installed our Furnace, heat exchanger, new thermostat and water heaters. Along with redoing all our venting for the furnace and water heater. Also had to call an electrician out to switch out something. They ran the test and made sure everything worked perfectly. They disassembled the old system took all that out and cleaned everything inside and out. They made sure my carpet and floors were protected. Thursday Jason came out to check on the heat exchange system. We thought it wasn’t working like it was supposed to or that we just didn’t understand the heat exchange. He checked everything out and explained everything to us again. We’re more confident about the heat exchange and he did readjust something a little. He also sold and installed an electrostatic filter. He was very polite and understanding with us. Everyone we have worked with has been friendly, polite and professional. We are so pleased with the system we purchased. Extremely happy we decided to go with Northern One Hour we had a fantastic experience from start to finish and everyone has been great! Thank you March 31 Lee and Troy cleaned our vents. We haven’t cleaned the vents in 15-20yrs they were extremely dirty! I wish I had before and after pictures. They did an awesome job! You could actually see the wood inside vents and not a specks of dust. They both were very friendly, professional and took great care of our home. Thank you all from start (sales, install, checking and explaining to us and duct cleaning)to finish for all the amazing service!”

“Chad Plumley visited on a Sunday and provided an estimate for a replacement furnace and ac due to our existing equipment having a heat exchanger that had failed. Chad is one of the best HVAC salespersons because he just stated the facts and gave me the impression that he was providing the best system for us and the best price available. Also, just a nice dude! Update…Jim, Alex and Gordon all worked on our furnace and water heater replacement. The guys took great care at protecting the existing flooring in our home, removed all the existing equipment safely and installed, tested and confirmed operation of the new systems. 10 out of 10!!”

“Our furnace wasn't heating the house at all. Even though we're not far from nicer weather, it still was an artic feeling temperature in the house of 58°. Not having a relationship established with a company for major home services makes emergency type situations extremely stressful and a little scary to be honest! I picked a couple different companies that did service in our area and looked at customer reviews and sent a message to 3. Northern One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning was the first to respond. The person I then received a call from was impressive with the attention given to how I was feeling matching what I was saying and responded accordingly. Erin was the technician to come and was here in in less than 2 hours. She was professional, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. She was thorough and took the extra time to explain everything and answered all of my questions. Erin found the issue and had everything up and running in no time. Even with it being a pretty basic fix, she didn't cut corners and gave attention to detail which overall left me feeling comfortable and confident in my choice to use Northern One Hour. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will continue to use them moving forward. I'm relieved to know I now have my "go to" for everything HVAC! “This was a great experience. The technician called and could come earlier and that worked out really well for me. He was able to clean out my dryer vent from outside and was done with the cleaning and pick up in great time. If only I had known I did not have to clean half my house for this.”
