“My 30+ yr old A/C quit cooling during the beginning of a very warm muggy and humid forecast. I called Northern One Hour on a Thursday morning, a very nice service tech arrived mid-afternoon, and after a simple straightforward synopsis of the problem, we discussed replacing the entire system of which I went ahead and ordered. Staff started arriving early next morning and by noon I had a new A/C system. I was very happy with the end result and the techs involved with the entire task! I received text and email notifications of technician status (enroute to location, etc). I highly recommend Northern One Hour! 7-3-2026”

“Very respectful and very nice. He was able to come up with suggestions and was very helpful. Very knowledgeable also took his time with the customer to answer all of there questions. I had warranty work done but when I bought the furnace and A/C from the company. The tech that first came out to my home was also very nice and helpful. took time and answered all of my questions. “Great customer service, I called and Dalton was there the next day, very quick to diagnose the problem after a very thorough review of all parts, very knowledgeable with all my questions, replacement was done the following day, while the temps were in the high 90’s. I wasn’t even home when they installed the central air however they kept me updated every step of the way. Multiple technicians came out throughout the installation, Ross, Steven, Tucker and Austin did a great job, along with Angie for keeping me updated. “Bailey Nafziger was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He was able to quickly and efficiently dismantle and install the new system. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He explained everything about the new system as well as teaching me a few things about other components I had such as my air exchanger and dehumidifier and how to properly maintain and clean these which I knew nothing about. He definitely made this stressful situation much easier and did so in a quick manner. Highly recommended.”
