"Brian was amazing. He was patient and very thorough with my HVAC diagnosis. He assessed my ac, explaining all the steps in plain simple language. He provided me with his findings and the different possible courses of action to get me up and running in the most cost effective way. I love that he fears God and is very honest. "This was the first time I had used One Hour Heating and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I was very impressed with the ease of scheduling and the service I received from my technician, Fonta. He explained everything in detail, gave documented quotes once he ascertained the issue with my air conditioner, and even showed me the new part once installed so I would know what to look for if I had another power surge! Everything is working perfectly and I was so pleased to know they guarantee the work for THREE years! A really fantastic service experience at a time when that is not always the case. I was so impressed I signed up for their maintenance plan!"

"Had a dripping faucet, called Northern One Hour/Ben Franklin. Steve came out, gave me 3 bids. He recommended not fixing the existing faucet, but for us to purchase a new faucet which we did. He came back a few days later and installed it for us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and I think their prices are within reason. Very pleased, great job Steve!"

"Chad from northern one hour was awesome. He was on time, professional, and very detailed. He sprayed off my ac unit, scoped the air duct and gave me a great diagnostic on my furnace, water heater. He showed me how to replace filters. Top notch!!"
