“Erick came out on Friday to give us an estimate on new HVAC system and hot water heater. He explained all the systems and helped us decide what would fit our needs the best.
Pablo and Tucker did our install on Monday. They installed our Furnace, heat exchanger, new thermostat and water heaters. Along with redoing all our venting for the furnace and water heater. Also had to call an electrician out to switch out something. They ran the test and made sure everything worked perfectly. They disassembled the old system took all that out and cleaned everything inside and out. They made sure my carpet and floors were protected.
Thursday Jason came out to check on the heat exchange system. We thought it wasn’t working like it was supposed to or that we just didn’t understand the heat exchange. He checked everything out and explained everything to us again. We’re more confident about the heat exchange and he did readjust something a little. He also sold and installed an electrostatic filter.
He was very polite and understanding with us.
Everyone we have worked with has been friendly, polite and professional.
We are so pleased with the system we purchased.

March 31 Lee and Troy cleaned our vents. We haven’t cleaned the vents in 15-20yrs they were extremely dirty! I wish I had before and after pictures. They did an awesome job! You could actually see the wood inside vents and not a specks of dust. They both were very friendly, professional and took great care of our home.
