“Joe was fantastic! He came out to check on our AC and not only fixed the issue, but walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense. He explained that the filter was located under the pedestal — which I had totally missed — and clarified that not all vents need filters, which was super helpful. He also tested our airflow and pointed out that we were getting less than 560 CFM when the system is designed for 1200 CFM. Thanks to his advice, I now know how to increase airflow and get better performance from the system. On top of being knowledgeable, Joe was also friendly and genuinely funny — a pleasure to have in the house. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future HVAC issues!”

“I called 1Hour Heating and Air Conditioning on a Saturday and was able to get an appointment for early Monday morning. Ross was awesome to speak too on the phone and was concerned about my AC problem. Dan the service technician showed up early, diagnosed everything my unit would need in a timely manner, offered great advice and repaired the problem. AC works like new now! Dan was the nicest guy and was very knowledgeable about his trade! I highly recommend 1Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for your service!
