“We called One Hour on Friday and had a brand new furnace installed by Saturday afternoon!! We had been without heat for a few months and with the impending ice storm on the horizon, we need​ed our furnace fixed ASAP. Unfortunately a repair wasn't feasible. Robert was awesome and gave a great recommendation for a new furnace with the same brand and within our budget. Desiree was nice and walked us through the financial piece. Robert and Myles did great removal and installation work. They were very thorough and any concerns we had were addressed right away. The pricing was reasonable in regards to the current (01/2026) economic climate. I highly recommend One Hour for your HVAC needs​.”

“A few days ago, my heating stopped working right at the beginning of the cold season. Robert and Miles from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came to take a look and quickly diagnosed the issue, a faulty igniter. Even though there was some delay and back-and-forth with the home appliance insurance company, Robert went ahead and replaced the igniter anyway, without waiting for the final approval, so that my family wouldn’t have to spend the night in the cold. I truly applaud his empathy and professionalism. Robert was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly very experienced. He genuinely cared about resolving the issue and did excellent work. Overall, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning provided outstanding service, and I’d highly recommend Robert and his team to anyone needing HVAC repair.”
