“Robert was an absolute champion! My partner and I tried to replace my Mom’s thermostat because she wanted to be able to control it with her phone. When we tried to do it ourselves, despite our experience, we weren’t able to get it to work. Robert was quick to respond to our outreach request, and was able to assess the situation via pictures that we shared. When he came out, he was able to identify several wiring mistakes and solved several problems that had been missed by home inspectors. Now the wiring is fixed and my Mom has exactly the system and setup she was dreaming of. Aside from going above and beyond with fixing the janky wiring, he was an absolute delight of a person. “Last morning, I noticed that my HVAC system wasn’t working properly and requested a diagnostic service. Robert came to my house the same afternoon to inspect it. He carefully checked the HVAC system and showed me that it was working well. He also gave me detailed explanations on how to maintain it in the future. When I asked about the odor coming from the HVAC, he explained the possible causes and provided information about installing an air purifier and a humidifier. The diagnostic fee was the most reasonable in the area, and I decided that I will continue to have Robert take care of my HVAC maintenance from now on.”

“I was working with another company and the UV light system burned out. The company said they did not have the brand and I needed to replace the entire system. I called One Hour Heating and left a voicemail, later that evening Robert called me back and told me that they had the brand and he could come by in the morning. True to his word, he was there in person in the morning, after checking out my system he said all I needed was a new bulb! He replaced the old bulb and it is working fine. My only regret is that I was not aware of One Hour Heating before I bought my HVAC or I would have gone with them. Very reliable and trustworthy! Thank you! Gary Ahern”
