My heater started acting up a day before the big snow storm. Juan came out that same day and throughly looked at everything and it turned out to be an easy fix. Currently have a maintenance contract with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The contract really only covers a tech to come out twice a year, change a filter and tell you about other services you need to maintain your units. These are not covered under contract. I would like to mention our most recent tech, Tasha Johnson. She was thorough in her assessment, honest, respectful of our home and concerns and did not leave until she could resolve our problem and make sure we were satisfied. I've been with this company for over 10 years, and with the last few techs, was considering a change. Thank goodness for Tasha. She has given us a renewed faith in this company. Job well done Tasha
