My heater started acting up a day before the big snow storm. Juan came out that same day and throughly looked at everything and it turned out to be an easy fix. Juan from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was absolutely amazing! I called when my furnace went out over the weekend, and he was the nicest HVAC technician I’ve ever met. He made sure everything was fully fixed before leaving, and even went the extra mile by replacing my old air filter with a new one. He’s incredibly kind, respectful, and detail-oriented you can tell he really cares about doing the job right. I couldn’t recommend him more!
I had a tech come out to look at my heater that was not working. His name was Andre. He was very polite. He let me know what was going on with my heating system. He Fixed the issues that he was able to fix today and let me know what maintenance I needed to do to further improve my heating system for my home as well as the energy use in my home. When I spoke to the people in the office doing the calls, they were also very nice and polite, as well as answering any questions that I had. I need further work done on my heating unit in the future and I will for a fact be calling them as well as hoping to use Andre for that process also.
Currently have a maintenance contract with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The contract really only covers a tech to come out twice a year, change a filter and tell you about other services you need to maintain your units. These are not covered under contract. I would like to mention our most recent tech, Tasha Johnson. She was thorough in her assessment, honest, respectful of our home and concerns and did not leave until she could resolve our problem and make sure we were satisfied. I've been with this company for over 10 years, and with the last few techs, was considering a change. Thank goodness for Tasha. She has given us a renewed faith in this company. Job well done Tasha
