“We woke up to a non-functioning central air conditioner, and within an hour Tyler Brown was at our house and diagnosed the problem, which unfortunately was big and very expensive to fix. Tyler took a lot of time explaining the problem and the options I had for solving it, and he was able to schedule a major part of the work for the next day, Saturday (no extra charge for the weekend). Because we had planned to leave town that day, he scheduled the work to begin and end early, and scheduled a follow-up visit the next week to finish the job. Tyler was extremely professional, articulate, and friendly even going so far as to install 2 window units in our bedrooms to mitigate the rising heat and humidity in the house until the new system could be installed the next day.”
