We lost power to our air conditioning unit and Andrae Johnson came to assist us. He is such a wonderful hardworking technician who did his best to reboot the air conditioning unit. He showed me my air conditioning unit and explained what the issue was. I was taken along step by step to understand what's happening. I appreciate his clear communication and the tentative manner to the issue. To no fault of his own, it turned out to be an electrical issue, which ended up being a power outage that the utility company had to take care. Andrae showed up earlier than the expected time frame, which I greatly appreciate and worked very hard to help resolve the matter. Thank you so much to Andrae and Cory the electrician who helped assist in this issue. Cory gave pointers and advice with the circuit breaker and was very helpful. My heater started acting up a day before the big snow storm. Juan came out that same day and throughly looked at everything and it turned out to be an easy fix. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that they were able to fit me in today. I will definitely be using them soon for maintenance on my heater and other things.
Juan from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was absolutely amazing! I called when my furnace went out over the weekend, and he was the nicest HVAC technician I’ve ever met. He made sure everything was fully fixed before leaving, and even went the extra mile by replacing my old air filter with a new one. He’s incredibly kind, respectful, and detail-oriented you can tell he really cares about doing the job right. I couldn’t recommend him more!
Currently have a maintenance contract with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. The contract really only covers a tech to come out twice a year, change a filter and tell you about other services you need to maintain your units. These are not covered under contract. I would like to mention our most recent tech, Tasha Johnson. She was thorough in her assessment, honest, respectful of our home and concerns and did not leave until she could resolve our problem and make sure we were satisfied. I've been with this company for over 10 years, and with the last few techs, was considering a change. Thank goodness for Tasha. She has given us a renewed faith in this company. Job well done Tasha
