One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of South Bay

"Francisco Pacheco along with Rafael installed our brand new AC unit, they were working hard under 110 degree weather. What a tough job but these guys were amazing! Not only were they professional but they thoroughly explained and answered all our questions! They worked at a quick pace that would normally take others twice the time, they had our air up and running faster than I expected! These guys were great and I highly recommend them to get the job done. I also wanted to mention that Vince and Wendy, who works with the installers, we’re both amazing. They both handled my phone call professionally and thoroughly answering my questions and getting their installers over sooner than I anticipated.. thank you so much one hour air, two very happy and satisfied customers!!! "I had One Hour HVAC come out to check a previous install of ducting. The unit was blowing really hard in the front of the house and hardly at all towards the back. So the kids were always freezing in their rooms. Us in the back rooms were not feeling any cool air. Ray came out and checked out our system ( which they did not install) He said it was a pretty simple fix by adding dampers. Ray and his partner Josh came out and fixed it! We are so excited to not have arctic air blowing out some vents and virtually no air blowing out the others. It is good and balanced the way it should have been. I wish we used One Hour in the first place. Ray and Josh are super friendly and polite. This is the way customer service use to be. Thanks guys for your help!"
