Josh did great work and super nice!!!! Even taught me a few things. Thanks!!! Oh and was even early and fixed everything so quickly

On time and super helpful. Explained the problem and walked me through the repair. Price was good. Would use again

I had an excellent experience with Josh’s service. The work he did was part of the results of my new home inspection and I felt confident from end to end that I was getting great service and expertise. He’s really easy to communicate with and responsive as well as kind. I would definitely work with One Hour in the future!

Ray Jackson is the best! Very informative! Very communicative, 100% would recremend

Josh and his team were amazing from start to finish. My AC on the roof is tough to access with multiple other companies turning down the job. Josh figured out a way to access everything and was very communicative through the whole process. If I had not been connected with him I would probably still be booking appointments for them to tell me “actually we can’t do the job”.

I had a fantastic experience with this AC contractor and highly recommend them! From the start, they impressed me by quickly coming out to provide a free estimate—faster than anyone else I contacted. Out of the three companies I got quotes from, their pricing was the most competitive without sacrificing quality. A big shoutout to Joshua, Jason, Orang, and Maryam, who worked together seamlessly. They clearly explained every step of the process—from pulling the permit to installation, and even scheduling the city inspection. When the inspector requested some additional work, they took care of it at no extra cost, and everything passed inspection smoothly. They're also a certified GE contractor, which gave me extra peace of mind. I’m really happy with the service and professionalism they provided. If you're looking for reliable, honest, and skilled HVAC professionals, this is the team to go with!

Exceptional AC Replacement and Professional Service! We recently had our AC unit replaced by One Hour Air Conditioning, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the final installation, every team member was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful of our time and home. The installation crew arrived right on schedule and got straight to work. What really stood out to us was their attention to detail, they wore shoe covers the entire time, kept their workspace clean, and treated our home with care. The job was completed efficiently, and they took the time to walk us through the new system and answer all our questions. The new AC unit is working beautifully, and we can already feel the difference in comfort and air quality. We’re so glad we chose One Hour Air Conditioning and would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement. They truly go above and beyond!

I wanted to give Joshua, from One Hour in Torrance a review due to his amazing work ethic and great customer service. I first contacted the company in hopes of getting an AC system working in my home before the summer arrived. Joshua started by asking me various questions and soon after gave me an estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the best price (I had contacted other AC companies nearby). He explained the process of installation thoroughly and answered all of my questions. In addition, when completing the installation he made sure that I felt comfortable with his work hours and completed the work very quickly. Thank you Joshua!

Great customer service Joshua is a nice guy polite. Explained and demonstrated the repair. Showed the old worn out part. Expensive but worth it.

Decided to take a chance on calling One Hour when my AC went out. They responded immediately and came out to give me a quote. The pricing was reasonable and the service surpassed my expectations. Would recommend them to a friend.
