“One Saturday morning my mothers wall heater wouldn't turn on, so we phoned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. Since it wasn't cold, an appointment was made for the following Monday. A couple of technicians arrived and checked out the heater. Turned out the 22 year old heater has a pilot light that had gone out. Yes, surely that unlike me, even the cat had it figured out. I digress. The techs explained the issue, relit the pilot and verified the issue was resolved. For any future issues, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of South Bay will be the people that I call.”

My techs, Joshua and Jason, were incredibly professional and thorough throughout the entire process.
