The 'One Hour' in our company name indicates our guarantee to be at your home in the predetermined window quoted when you set your appointment. If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Great customer service! Had ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Kyle was thorough and careful, and even took away the few dead mice he found! While servicing the dryer vent he discovered the pipe was not connected in the wall! He took the time to repair for a reasonable extra charge, most companies would not have taken the time and left the problem in the wall. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time calling One Hour Heating and Air for an air conditioning tuneup. I was very impressed with Brandon who provided the service. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what he was doing and answered any questions. He offered suggestions for me on how to keep my units running smoothly. I was informed of a club, but there was no high pressure to join it. The coupon that I presented was honored and I couldn’t beat the price for the tuneup. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air and would use them again.
