Our AC was 30+ years old and original to our home. Although it wasn’t completely shot, we decided it was time to replace the whole unit (as well as our furnace) after the condenser fan went out on us for a second time in 6 years. We called One Air per a mom group recommendation and everyone was fantastic to work with from Laurie at the front desk, to Dan the Operations Manager who quoted us, to Kyle and Brandon, the technician brothers who came out the next morning to replace everything for us. They were responsive, on time, gave us the strongest quote, explained how everything was going to work and cleaned up after themselves. They also took the time to explain exactly what products were going into our home and how they compared to others on the market when we shared other quotes. We really appreciated this detail. Great customer service! Had ducts and dryer vent cleaned. Kyle was thorough and careful, and even took away the few dead mice he found! While servicing the dryer vent he discovered the pipe was not connected in the wall! He took the time to repair for a reasonable extra charge, most companies would not have taken the time and left the problem in the wall. Would definitely recommend.
