“Thank you SO MUCH to One Hour Heating and Cooling & Javier who came to help us this morning! Our AC went out Saturday evening (in July!) and I called that night asking for help. Early Saturday morning they called us back and they were at our house not too long after. Our AC was back up and running shorty after! “When i called they were very nice and helpful. The technician who came out was not only speedy but efficient and informative. He came out at almost 8pm on a Friday night and fixed my issue in under 30 min. My only issue is I was told I would receive the invoice as well as a picture of the part that needed replaced within 10 min its almost 45 min later and I still haven't received either.”

I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! My experience started out as a one-star review, but the company's owner, Jonathan, reached out to me personally to address my concerns. After reviewing my issue independently and listening to what I had to say, he more than stepped up to make sure I had a much better customer experience.
Since my AC was still not working, he sent us three portable AC units to keep us cool until the Master Tech, Travis, could come out. The very next day, Travis came out and spent time diagnosing the problem, implementing the solution, and then staying an hour to make sure the solution was effective. I appreciate the time Travis took to make sure the problem was solved and how he said he would come back if the problem wasn't. He was very personable and professional. The company also gave us a substantial discount. I'm grateful for a happy resolution to our problem!

My husband and I scheduled an appointment online (which is awesome, I love being able to schedule my own appointments without calling or waiting for a call back) with this company when our AC abruptly stopped working. We explained that our AC intermittently stops blowing cold air and it blew out our thermostat. The tech came a couple of days later and the AC started again. The tech didn’t troubleshoot because the AC started working while he was there, despite my husband explaining that it will likely stop again because the tech hasn’t fixed anything. The tech collected his diagnostic fee (though no diagnosis was made) and told us that if the same issue came up again they would come out again and not charge a diagnostic fee.
Four days later, the AC stopped working. The tech did troubleshoot this time and determined that the issue was either the board or the wiring. He said his manager would call us with our options. The day passed, and no one ever called us. When I called, Mya, a receptionist said she would send an urgent message requesting someone call us. No one called that day. I called after 1:30 pm the next day to speak to a manager to understand what was going on and Mya told me she has no way to transfer me to a manager nor does he have ANY phone number that she could give me so I could call him directly.
I am fairly confident that the tech really doesn’t know what the issue is or how to solve it. Rather than say that, I guess they prefer to ghost us.
My recommendation would be to not use this company. They will certainly collect a diagnostic fee with or without a diagnosis and not follow up.”
