“One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has been our trusted HVAC provider for over 15 years. All their technicians are amazing. None more so the Jonah, he’s been the tech they have assigned to us for the last several years. He’s great with our quirky dogs. He explains everything to us in detail and is always happy to answer any questions. I like that it’s the same technician that comes out. You begin to feel more comfortable and it’s nice seeing them for regular maintenance calls in spring/fall. Between Jonah and his supervisor Chad I will use no other company. I called One Hour heating and Air Conditioning this morning at 12:30 am. Was met with a very friendly member of staff who got me on the schedule for today. Jonah showed up before his scheduled time. Work was completed and overall we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again.”

“Adrian performed a very thorough inspection and pointed out a vulnerable part and recommended replacement now or very soon. Due to budget constraints we elected to wait. He was very professional and respectful. A very pleasant person to conduct business with.”

“My recent tech Jonah Au-Ventura is just amazing so I had to come leave a review. I have a large older home with multiple thermostats and zones. It’s a very complicated and touchy system. I’ve had other companies out to troubleshoot and it never fails, they make the problem worse. I request Jonah by name now if I ever have an issue. For the past few years, I will only use 1 hr AC & heating. They are always quick to come out and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I had a problem with my heater a few years ago and was told by a different company that I needed a whole new furnace put in my attic and thousands of dollars. Thank God I got a 2nd opinion from one hour heating & air. They fixed one part that was $100 and it’s still working fine to this day. I also had a rental property for 10 years that had AC problems. 1hr AC & heating continued to come out and fix things cheaply until it was finally time for a new AC unit. I bought a new AC unit from them which came with yearly maintenance. They always came out for free and dealt with my tenant and made sure the unit was working properly before summertime. I rarely leave reviews so you know you can trust 1 hr AC & heating!”

My installer, Albert Nambayan professionally installed our new unit within hours of me signing the paperwork. I have been with One Hour Air now for over 15 years and feel they have always given me a fair deal and excellent maintenance and service of my units.”
