Christopher did an incredible job today. We had this unit go out last night and Christopher was here and knocked it out quickly and was very informative about what he was doing for me, and let me know what was necessary vs preventative. Very professional. In the end, I opted to go ahead and do the preventative maintenance done and he took care of it swiftly. He may have saved my dogs lives today! We appreciate him greatly.

The semiannual system checkup was completed by Luis Perez last week and Luis did an exceptionally thorough evaluation of our AC unit and in the course of sharing his findings he covered all bases, describing the generally very good condition of the unit and also mentioning two areas for routine maintenance, neither of which was critical but that would require some attention in the future. We discussed costs for the maintenance items and I’ll be prepared to deal with them when it becomes necessary. Thanks, Luis, for the good work!
