Jimmy was absolutely amazing! He came out and fixed our AC at midnight, which we were incredibly grateful for, especially with young kids. He was professional, worked quickly, and clearly explained what the issue was and how he fixed it. We truly appreciate his dedication and excellent customer service. We would absolutely use Jimmy again and highly recommend him to anyone!

We purchased a brand new AC unit a year and half ago and had nothing but problems with the unit from day one. The original installation company came out multiple times but could never find or fix the issue. Out of frustration we contacted the manufacturer who recommended we find a different company. After searching for the best AC companies in Las Vegas we found one hour air conditioning & heating. They came out quickly but when the issue popped back up after two days we called them back that’s when they sent Jaime Renteria and did what dozens of other technicians failed to do. Jaime is an absolute blessing he was incredible, polite, highly detailed and took the time to explain what he was doing to fix the root of the problem. Thanks to him our AC unit is finally working perfectly we are incredibly grateful for this young man and his awesome work ethic. If you ever need your ac unit worked on call one hour Air Conditioning & heating and ask for Jamie Renteria personally, he’s the best 10 out of 10. Thank you AC air conditioning & heating.

5 Stars all the way. I got home from being gone all day and my house was 94 degrees inside! My tech James H. arrived very quickly, right around an hour or so. He explained things in great detail for me and ran through extra options for me after hearing me out on issues I've had with the varying temperatures on different sides of the house and even different rooms. Because of this I learned there are options available designed to "treat" these issues and I've got him coming back in a couple days to get the work started. It's refreshing to have a a tech take the time to listen and offer a series of options. I've actually been in sales for the last 15 years and I was impressed with him. Honestly I didn't get the impression he was trying to sell anything, just honest explanations, options, making sure I understood the why and how. Great job. I don't often leave reviews but this was deserving for sure.

Francisco did an amazing job with my a/c install. He explained everything that would be completed and took the time to walk me through the process of setting up my new thermostat. Francisco ensured that my floors were well covered for protection prior to beginning the work and ensured all debris was cleaned upon completion of the work. His attention to detail and thorough knowledge of the products was very much appreciated.

Christopher did an incredible job today. We had this unit go out last night and Christopher was here and knocked it out quickly and was very informative about what he was doing for me, and let me know what was necessary vs preventative. Very professional. In the end, I opted to go ahead and do the preventative maintenance done and he took care of it swiftly. He may have saved my dogs lives today! We appreciate him greatly.
