The semiannual system checkup was completed by Luis Perez last week and Luis did an exceptionally thorough evaluation of our AC unit and in the course of sharing his findings he covered all bases, describing the generally very good condition of the unit and also mentioning two areas for routine maintenance, neither of which was critical but that would require some attention in the future. We discussed costs for the maintenance items and I’ll be prepared to deal with them when it becomes necessary. Thanks, Luis, for the good work!
Luis arrived on time which was greatly appreciated. He explained clearly what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. When finished we sat down at my dining table and using his iPad he showed me pictures of the areas he cleaned and made sure wires were connected tightly. At the end he recommended a power surge protector for my condenser which my research indicated was a ver good idea. In summary, his service as very professional.
The crew was very efficient and friendly. Explaining everything they were doing. They did a fabulous job and left the house as clean as when they arrived. I have been extremely impressed with everyone I have dealt throughout the initial interview through duct cleanig. I will use One Day for everything I do in the future and will recommend them to everyone.
It looked like the entire company outside was here to work on this project. There were like seven or eight trucks outside. I couldn’t believe it. They got done in record time like four hours. I was prepared for like 6 to 7 hours.. Albert was a prince. All the guys were nice. They did a great job. A big shout out to Andrew and Donavan, Who made this all possible?
