“First let us thank One Hour for a rapid response time answering our call. It's unsettling when you have AC problems that result in water intrusion into your home. Josh Smith arrived and immediately found the problem was a plugged condensation line and a buildup of water under the platform supporting the unit. This led to the intrusion under our vinyl plank flooring. After cleaning the line, Josh worked diligently to remove the water from doing further damage to our flooring.
