“Edit…Our air conditioning unit was running but wasn’t putting out any air.Called One Hour Air because we had used them in the past.Andy and Bobby came out to access the issue and did a great job.We will be getting a new unit first thing in the morning…9/10/25 Technicians Ray and Jay arrived to install our new a/c unit.They brought in a portable a/c unit to try and keep us cool while they worked diligently to get the new unit installed by the end of the day.Both techs were very pleasant and professional while keeping us informed on what was going on each step of the way.By the end of the day the unit was up and running and the whole house was cool.Great job by the duo…9/12/25 Frank and Ezchiel arrived in the morning to perform an air duct cleaning which went flawless and in a timely manner…Overall team performance was an A+. “Esfan and Chris who seemed to be under esfan told me to show out and leave a good review. Made a bet with me as well saying that if the problem wasn't electrical or something they would come back and do everything free of charge. Told me to keep my side and leave a 5 start review. They were fast and quick giving me additional help and contact and fast with assessing the situation. They came fast to the house too, and they seem to really know there stuff specially esfan. and Chris had that charm reassurance with how he worked. Good company good workers.”
