Julian Serrano was a consummate professional. I had such a great experience with one hour air-conditioning and heating, and him in particular. He was knowledgeable, articulate, and empathetic of my situation; having to fix things I’ve never fixed in my life, after my father‘s passing. He explained things in detail, made everything easy to understand, took time and care to make sure I was in satisfied, and got everything that I needed. He me appropriate discounts, and a six page invoice, explaining everything that was done in depth; also itemized. He provided pictures of what was being worked on, and potential concerns for future maintenance visits. He went over and beyond, and helped me with a couple other things in the backyard, nearby the unit, which is pretty much unheard of. If you want a holistic human, who gets the job done, with his heart and soul also in it, and who cares about the people he services, that’s Julian Serrano. I will keep him as my technician as long as I can. The wonderful technology that this company has is what drew me to begin with; being able to look at my calendar, and book my own appointment online, instead of with someone I didn’t know. And now that I do know Julian, he made our next appointment for the first maintenance. He also helped me extend the life of my air conditioning, which was crucial in the situation. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC system. You can tell he has years of experience and truly understands his trade. While the service may be a little more expensive than others, the quality, reliability, and peace of mind are absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Bert at One Hour Air! He showed up right on time and got straight to work. Super friendly and professional throughout the whole visit, you could tell he really knows his stuff. It's rare to find a technician who's both punctual and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be requesting Bert again for any future AC needs!

Adam C. was courteous, professional and knowledgable, answering all of my (many) questions. I understood the work being done and what One Hour Air covers. Adam was also accommodating when I needed some extended time to pay for the first leg of services, reaching out to their manager for approval to still get the work done. I'm very happy with Adam's service. I hope to have Adam for future member club maintenance visits and any service needs I may have in the future.
