Highly recommend Bert at One Hour Air! He showed up right on time and got straight to work. Super friendly and professional throughout the whole visit, you could tell he really knows his stuff. It's rare to find a technician who's both punctual and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Will definitely be requesting Bert again for any future AC needs!

Steven was a Very Respectful, Knowledgeable, Caring Professional!!! He arrived promptly, was courteous, assessed and repaired the problem immediately. I was in a distressed state being without AC for 3 days in this Florida heat, Steven sensed this and his Calm demeanor assured Me things would be ok. He went Above and Beyond of just "doing his job", he was Honest and Sincere, he didn't try to take advantage of my situation by trying to give me a "sales pitch" of things I needed to purchase. I had an excellent experience with Bobby. From the moment he was assigned to my service call, he was professional, courteous, and communicative. He even took the time to update me when traffic delayed his arrival, which I greatly appreciated. Once he arrived, he thoroughly inspected my AC unit and explained everything he was doing in a way that was easy to understand. I know very little about HVAC systems, but he was patient, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the work that needed to be completed. I highly recommend Bobby.
